Evenings At the Kettle

The Perky Ketter is a unique decidedly British themed venue offering two rooms and an outdoor patio for your special event.  Choose from our turn of the century inspired Travel Exploration and Adventure (T.E.A.) Society Room, our fanciful Alice in Wonderland Room or our lovely outdoor patio.  Each room has a maximum capacity of 20 Guests for a total of 40 inside dining.  Outside dining Patio can accomodate up to 40 guests for a standing reception or 20 guests seated.  The Perky Kettle is happy to offer two dining rooms available for brunch, lunch and dinner events.   

Parties exceeding the capacity set forth for each of our rooms may be accomodated on a reception basis.  Please contact us to discuss.   We do not charge for the use of our room(s) but we do require a non-refundable booking deposit that is applied to your final bill.  Please be aware that the booking deposit is applied to your food and beverage purchases and is a required minimum pre-payment of food and beverages for the use of the space.  There are no refunds of the deposit or any unused portion of the deposit.    The amount of the deposit depends on your booking of either room, the number of hours booked, the day of the week booked and whether one room or full restaurant.   Please ask about our current deposit schedule for your event.   

All parties of 10 or more guests are required to have a limited menu and are presented with one check.  We charge a 20% service gratuity and sales tax for all groups of 8 or more.  Room reservations are based on a 3 hour private party and require a minimum food and beverage non-refundable deposit but no room rental.
